QMS support is a product that is designed to support companies looking for some help to maintain or update existing QMS documentation in view of a coming audit or to get a 3rd party auditor to survey their current QMS system. This is suitable for companies that need extra help to implement a new QMS framework or simply someone to be around to support the surveillance audit.

Details:

Quality Management System Support covers the following activities:

  • prepare and update existing SOPs and records according to the current and new practice
  • On site support during audit
  • Internal audit

Terms and conditions:

  • On site support has to be scheduled one week notice to the Consultant involved.
  • Company must be transparent about the operational activities and the state of their documentation practices to the Consultant upon signing up for the plan. Should there be any misleading information or what is deemed to be a rework required for the exisiting documentation, extra surcharges will apply of that of a new setup of documentation.
  • The Consultant will schedule a meeting with the Client upon receipt of the proof of payment and activities signed up.
  • No refund or remedy can be sought once activities are started.
